Nova produces ultra-pure titanium powders utilizing the hydride/dehydride processing method. Powders produced contain less than 100 ppm total metallic impurities, as well as low gaseous impurities. Complete product data sheets and specifications are available upon request. 

Particle sizes as fine as -325 mesh (44 microns) can be provided in both hydride and dehydride powders. The particle shape is angular offering maximum blending and compaction properties.

Nova offers additional services including toll processing of customer supplied material, particle sizes analysis, GDMS and LECO analysis of elemental impurities, material preparation and cutting.
